All plans can now be electronically recorded through the Lancaster County Recorder of Deeds Office and the Lancaster County Planning Commission. To get started, you will need to contact Simplifile, the electronic recording vendor. Please call 800-460-5657 or email

Please use and complete the following forms for your type of plan. Submit this completed form as a part of your plan as the first page of the document. It will be counted as a page and will affect your recording fee.
